Next Millennium Card Review. The Next Millennium card guarantees a credit line of $1,000, with no credit check when you apply and no interest on the purchases you make. You will have to pay a $29.95 signup fee, unless you choose a $500 credit line. There’s also a $19.95 monthly fee to use the card.
